“Sinners” released in theaters in the United States in April of 2025. Ever since, it has been receiving rave reviews from critics and audiences for its stellar performances, spectacular VFX work, and cinematic storytelling. Michael Ralla, the VFX Supervisor and James Alexander, the VFX Producer on “Sinners,” was kind enough to spend some time talking with me about this excellent film they did the VFX work for.
