"The Shape of Water", directed by Guillermo del Toro was certainly one of the most talked-about films of 2017, and is still regarded as a visual and thematic triumph years later. The film received 13 Academy Award nominations at the 90th Academy Awards and won 4 Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Paul Austerberry, the Academy Award-winning production designer of "The Shape of Water," was kind enough to spend some time talking with me about this remarkable film he worked on. The production design work is amazing, and it is easily one of, if not my favorite works from director Guillermo del Toro!
